ORDERING

What is the minimum order quantity?
1 meter fabric or 1 product.

Are you charged with starting fees?
No, because we produce digitally, no start fees are added. However, we recommend testing 1 meter of fabric or 1 product before you enter larger amounts.

How long does the production take?
Our pigmented fabrics are produced in 2-3 weeks while reactive fabrics take 3-5 weeks depending on the type of fabric. All our products are crafted in Sweden and the sewing usually takes about 1 week from the fabrication of the fabric.

I have a company – how do I do?
As a company you can order from us. We always have the VAT specified on our order confirmation, delivery notes and receipts. We offer invoice via external payment service, where you can choose different credit times, but at least 14 days. You enter the company’s organization number instead of your social security number at the time of purchase.

What file formats can be used?
JPG, TIFF, PNG, GIF
200dpi, we convert all files to 200dpi. If your file is larger than 200 dpi, the pattern will grow. For example. At 300 dpi, the pattern is 1.5 times larger. If you have a small file, the pattern will instead be smaller.
Tiff files remain unchanged in size.

Do you have design help?
Yes, our design studio can help with files.
The cost is £52/ hour.

Can I scan a pattern?
Yes, it works well, save your scanned image to jpg and upload it on elobina.

What payment methods do you use?

We use PayPal and Credit Card.

FABRICS

What do the fabric prices include?
The fabric prices include both fabric and print. Only shipping is added. All prices include VAT.

Can you print the entire width of the fabric as you specify in the fabric description?
We state the actual print width you get. The width of the fabric / fabric may vary.

How do I do if I’m going to print several feet of fabric?
If you want to print several meters of fabric, choose the number after you design the fabric. You can also change the number of meters in the shopping cart.

What do you have for report height. Max height of the pattern?
Maximum raport height (ie the maximum height of your pattern or image is 1 meter). If you have a higher pattern, you can choose a 2 or 3 meter fabric panel instead. Or contact us at info@elobina.com or phone +46 (0) 793 41 65 93 and we will assist you.

Is it possible to add multiple patterns / images / designs to a meter?
Yes, you can basically add an unlimited amount of one meter of fabric. However, we recommend 4-6 times to make a relevant assessment.

What fabric should I choose?
Under each fabric on the page is a short description of the fabric as well as what it is suitable for. Here you will also find a table with a rough classification of our fabrics.
In our editor we have also chosen according to product the fabrics that are most suitable for that particular product.

What does it cost?
Prices vary according to fabric and printing method. The price includes fabric + print + production.
VAT is included, only shipping is added.
When ordering at least 10 meters of fabric, you get a quantity discount. Ask for discount code at info@elobina.com.

What is a report?
A report is your pattern. This pattern is repeated continuously depending on how many meters you order and how big your report is. The highest possible report height is one meter.

What types of fabric can you produce?
We can produce most types of fabrics. You find them all on our Fabrics page.

DELIVERIES

What is the cost of delivery?

The flat fee for deliveries in the UK is £12.50

What return policy do you have?
Since our products are custom made for you, we can not receive returns.
If something is wrong with the product, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. If it is an injury or obvious manufacturing defect, we will make a new product without any additional charge. We have quality control and will do everything for you to be as satisfied as possible with your order.

Can I cancel an already ordered order?
No, generally not. Immediately after ordering, it will end up in a production queue. However, you can contact us immediately after ordering if you notice any errors, and we will try to fix it in the best way.

If my order is damaged in transport from you to me?
If transport damage has occurred on your ordered products, please contact the responsible carrier first, they will replace you. Remember to document with pictures.

PRODUCTION METHODS

You use digital printing to produce fabrics, why is it better?
Textile digital printing does not require templates to be made. Via the digital files it is possible to produce exactly the number of each pattern that is requested. The consumption of electricity, water and chemicals is minimal, depending on fabric and production methods, about 70-90% less use compared with analog production. The biggest gain, however, is that production is in line with demand, that is, only what is requested is produced. The modern, environmentally friendly and smart way to produce.

What is the difference between reactive print, pigment print and dispersion print?
At pigment print, the color is printed on the surface of the fabric. At reactive print, the colors are pressed into the fabric’s fibers. Corresponding synthetic technology is called dispersion and is used, for example, on polyester.

Are working conditions good with your production partners?
Yes, otherwise we will not work with them. We produce in Northern Europe, under modern and good conditions for the staff.
