In order to get a better service at Elobina you should create an account. Here you can find and track your orders. Personal details provided to Elobina are handled with great confidentiality. Your personal details are protected and will not without your approval be disclosed to other companies.
As a user, you must state your true identity and you are not entitled to use the Web service anonymously or under false identity. Each user is also entitled to register as a user only once.
On “My Account” you can always see your personal information. There you can also change the personal details and choose whether you want to receive offers or not.
Temporary or permanent change of address must be changed immediately to “My Account” to ensure delivery without delay. Change of address should always be done before the new order to ensure delivery to the correct address.
All our fabrics and products are made on demand. We always start with a white unprinted fabric.
Production begins when we receive your order. You can track your shipment on “My Account”
Delivery time stated on the product or fabric description. Pigment printed fabrics are normally delivered within two weeks. Reactive printed fabrics can take up to six weeks. Events outside Elobina’s control such as; strikes, lack of raw material supply, transport delays within shipping companies or other external interference is not included in the normal production time.
Unclaimed deliveries are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping within UK is £5.00
International shipping fee is £12 within EU and £25 outside EU.
We always do our best to send out all the goods in perfect condition. However, if you have received faulty or damaged goods, please as soon as possible contact customer service by phone or e-mail to email@example.com
The complaint should be submitted as soon as you discover the error, but at the latest within 15 days after delivery from Elobina. Please note! In order for a complaint to be valid, you must not have treated the product carelessly and the error should not have occurred as a result of your behavior.
As soon as you have confirmed your order, the production of your order is started. Since all the products in our range are produced as unique, personalised products, you have no right to return or right to cancel your order. Without your order there is no product, but only white unprinted fabric. Once you have made your order, we will start to print the fabric and then sew it according to your choice.
Images are stored without separate charge for 60 days after which the images are deleted.
Photos uploaded to elobinas website can not be charged back to the user’s computer. You have to save backup copies of your digital image files.
You are as a user are responsible for ensuring the uploaded picture does not violate the law, morals or ethics. When you upload an image to Elobina’s site you confirm that you either hold the copyright to that image or have permission from the copyright holder.
Elobina accepts no responsibility for images that are stored on the website. You are not entitled to compensation if stored materials on the website are lost or damaged.
